Please kindly note that the crypto withdrawal process on the FameEX platform includes four steps: Review the withdrawal — Transfer out — Confirm on the block network — Credit into your receiving platform.

Transaction ID (Hash ID) Generation

FameEX will generate a Transaction ID (TXID) within 5 to 30 minutes for withdrawal. This indicates that the withdrawal on the FameEX platform has been processed, and your withdrawal has been successfully transferred into the blockchain.

Block Congestion

According to the different block networks, each transfer requires a specific confirmation time before being sent to the receiving platform. The number of confirmations needed may vary for different blocks, which is subject to the crypto and the rules of the recipient platform.

Unpredictable block congestion often occurs in blocks due to too many transfers, thus affecting the speed of transfers. In this case, you may query the status of the transfer on the block explorer via the TXID.

Solution of Unarrived Withdrawals

1. If your withdrawal review has been completed but the TXID has not been generated for over 30 minutes, please reach out to FameEX official customer support (service@mail.fameex.info). Provide your UID and withdrawal details to receive assistance with your withdrawal issues.

2. If the block network shows that it has been confirmed, yet you have not received the cryptocurrency, please contact the recipient platform for support. Since the transfer from the FameEX platform is complete, they will assist you in depositing the assets into your account. Further assistance from the sender's side is not available.

• If the block network shows that the transaction is not confirmed, we kindly ask for your patience until the confirmation process is completed. FameEX is unable to interfere in this process.
• The amount of arrival confirmations for each platform may be different, and the rules of the recipient platform shall prevail.
• Before withdrawing, please make sure to check the receiving address, chain type, minimum deposit amount, and other information. This precautionary measure is essential to avoid asset losses caused by the failure to meet the deposit requirements from the recipient platform.
