Notes:

1) Affiliates who have passed the platform’s review will have their commission automatically promoted to LV1.

2) Affiliates evaluations are conducted half a year, and affiliates who got approved will be evaluated immediately for the current period.

3) If any affiliates meet the evaluation criteria during the evaluation period, they will be automatically promoted to the next level after the end of the evaluation. However, affiliates who fail to meet the criteria during the evaluation will be automatically downgraded gradually till regular users.

4）Affiliate commissions are calculated in real-time and settled on an hourly basis.

5）Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the actual trading fees paid by the invitees, excluding using deductions, futures trial funds, or AMEF.

How to View Promotion Data?

1. View My Earnings and Friends’ Data on the Referral & Affiliate page, and the data includes earnings trends,  commission trends, daily earnings data, referrals, deposit amounts, effective trading volumes, trading fees, and commissions. Commission cashback amount, etc.

2. Support monthly historical data filtering.

How to Establish a Referral Relationship?

1. General Affiliate

• Register through a Referral Link or Referral Code, and then it will automatically establish the senior and subordinate referral relationship;

2. Senior Affiliate

• Register through a Referral Link or Referral Code, and then it will automatically establish the senior and subordinate referral relationship;

• Set up a sub-affiliate on the Referral & Affiliate page.

1) Click “Add Sub-Affiliate”.

2) Fill in the Subordinate Affiliate UID and Remarks, upload relevant screenshots (if any), and then click “Confirm”.

3) Click the button in the upper right corner to view the record of the newly-applied subordinate affiliates.

How to Modify the Commission/Cashback Rate?

1. Make batch modifications through the Custom Referral Link

Click the Edit button behind the corresponding link to set the cashback rate. After the setting is successful, the cashback rate will be effective for all users registered via this link (including users who have registered).

2. Make specific modifications through the User Details page

1) Scroll down to the Friend’s Data > Friends' Data of Deposits/Withdrawals/Trades section on the Referral & Affiliate page and click on the corresponding UID to enter the User Details page.

2) Click the Edit button at the commission/cashback rate to modify the commission/cashback rate for subordinate affiliates.

Terms of Use for Global Affiliates

1. For affiliates who have collaborated with FameEX, their original benefits remain unchanged.

2. Referral rule: It is required that affiliates should invite friends for registration through their exclusive referral links. Otherwise, the invitations will not be counted.

3. In the following situations, an account will be deemed as a violation by FameEX, not counted for affiliate performance assessment. If an affiliate has the following behaviors, they will be disqualified.

1) Carrying out the above missions through the API.

2) If more than 2 accounts use the same deposit or withdrawal address, the accounts will be frozen.

3) Operating multiple accounts (≥2) with the same IP address is prohibited. If discovered, the winnings will be retracted.

4) Multiple users (≥2) registering through the same device is forbidden, and users can only claim the winnings through 1 device.

5) Users will be disqualified who are deemed to be wash trading or illegally bulk registering accounts, as well as for trades that appear to be self-dealing or market manipulation.
