Understanding Risk Control: How to Identify Triggers and Secure Your Account
Risk control serves as an extra layer of technical security to safeguard user accounts. If any abnormal operations, such as suspicious login attempts, are detected on an account, we will employ technical measures to identify and lock the account to prevent unauthorized access.
Your account may trigger risk control under the following conditions:
1) Your IP address is from a country or region not supported for trading by FameEX. For details, please refer to the geographic scope in our Terms of Service. 2) Regularly registering or logging in with multiple accounts on the same device. 3) Operating multiple accounts with the same IP address. 4) Bulk account registrations to participate in FameEX events. 5) Cheating behaviors consist of wash trading, as well as trades that appear to be self-dealing or market manipulation. 6) Your account is operated on suspicious devices or IP addresses, posing a risk of theft. 7) Complete events through the API. 8) Suspected of breaching regulations, the account is frozen by request for scrutiny by judicial authorities. 9) Money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, and other financial crimes are detected on FameEX. 10) Other risk control reasons. The FameEX platform will determine the specific conditions mentioned above based on actual recognition. FameEX reserves the right of final interpretation. For further details, please refer to Terms of Service and Private Policy.
